Brain2Print creates a printable brain mesh entirely in your browser. Load a NIfTI image or a DICOM series, segment it with a MindGrab model, then download the niimath mesh as STL or OBJ.
The 16chan18cls and mindmap models label 17 brain regions and mindsnap labels 103 regions (Desikan-Killiany cortex plus subcortical structures); the mesh encloses every labelled voxel. The default partial volume option instead estimates grey and white matter fractions with mindmap and meshes where they sum to one half, which gives a smoother surface.
This is a research demonstration, not a medical device. Use a recent WebGPU-capable desktop browser.
