Greedy registers a moving image to a stationary image with affine NMI or affine followed by nonlinear stationary-velocity NMI. Registration expects brain-only images: scalp produces artifacts. Brain extract custom images locally with MindGrab using the button under each image; the examples are already brain-only.
Images are processed locally in this browser and are never uploaded.
Build the native Rust command-line application to register images on your computer or an HPC system. These commands estimate an affine transform, then reslice the moving image into the fixed image space.
Install Rust and a C compiler before building. Supply your own fixed.nii.gz and moving.nii.gz images. The browser performs MindGrab brain extraction for custom inputs; the native CLI expects you to prepare those inputs separately.
Run ./target/release/greedy-rs --help for nonlinear registration, nearest-neighbor reslicing, and thread options.
