NeSVoR reconstructs one isotropic 3D volume from several stacks of motion-corrupted 2D MRI slices, as acquired in fetal and neonatal brain imaging. Slices are first aligned with SVoRT, a transformer trained for fetal brain slice-to-volume registration, or with stack-to-stack registration. The aligned slices then train an implicit neural representation of the volume, from which the output grid is sampled at the chosen resolution. Optional steps mask the fetal brain in each slice (MONAIfbs) and correct the bias field (N4).
This app prepares the stacks, thicknesses and settings in your browser and sends them to a compute server in your own network, where the pinned Neurodesk NeSVoR 0.5.0 container runs on an NVIDIA GPU. The reconstructed volume returns to this page for review and download. The experimental WebGPU worker runs reconstruction locally, including SVoRT or rigid registration, automatic fetal brain masks, N4 correction and deformable motion. SVoRT and MONAIfbs download pinned model assets. The small CPU reference is available for numerical evaluation. Full acquisition and CUDA parity validation remain outstanding.
SVoRT is trained on fetal brains only; use stack registration for neonatal or body data. Deformable reconstruction is experimental upstream.
Your stacks and masks are uploaded only to the compute server whose address you enter in this app, inside your own network. NeSVoR runs there in a container without network access, and the server deletes each job's files after its retention period (one hour by default) or when you explicitly delete the job. Cancelling stops processing but retains files until deletion or expiry. Patient images are not sent to Neurodesk or other third parties. The compute server records no analytics. The shared hosted page may collect page-view analytics.
The experimental browser modes process images locally without uploading them. The remote mode sends the selected images and masks to your chosen server.
Only connect to a server that you or your IT department set up. The server address is remembered in this browser. A paired credential stays in this tab’s session storage so you can reconnect after a reload; Disconnect clears it and requests server revocation.
