SynthSR → brain extraction (MindGrab by default, or SynthStrip) → Greedy normalization (or ANTs SyN) to the MNI152 1 mm brain template → niimath masking. A pathological modality is first aligned to the primary scan.
Synthetic contrast may alter lesions. Review the original image, extracted synthetic brain and alignment before using results. This experimental implementation is for research.

Download a portable build for Windows or Linux. No Node.js installation or administrator access is required. Models download and verify on first use.
Extract the zip in PowerShell, then run the included executable.
Built and tested on Ubuntu 22.04. Keep the extracted directory intact.
Replace input.nii.gz with your scan. Add --ct for CT. Run download-models first to prepare an offline cache.
