SynthSeg processes scans locally in your browser. It does not upload your input image, labels, or processing report.
The pretrained model and optional example image are downloaded from Hugging Face.
The native command-line SynthSeg uses ONNX Runtime on CPU or Metal on Apple silicon. Build and run it with:

./webapps/exes/synthseg/target/release/synthseg input.nii.gz output_synthseg.nii.gzAdd --fast for the single-pass mode and --ct for CT input.
