MRI2Vid

Turn a DICOM, NIfTI, or MGZ volume into a scrolling video, entirely in your browser.
Your images never leave your browser More Apps

Runs in your browser. Your images and all processing stay on your computer and are never uploaded; the video is made right here in this tab. On Neurodesk hosting, Google Analytics records page views only unless Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled; it never sees your images.

Input

Drop a DICOM folder here.

A full DICOMDIR export (a CD/DVD folder with a DICOMDIR index and extensionless files) works too, as does an entire BIDS subject-session directory, or a single .nii / .nii.gz / .mgz file.

Nothing is uploaded. Compressed DICOM (JPEG/JPEG2000) is not supported; convert it locally first.
